Gastroenteritis, or the “crud going around,” is highlighted in this discussion of the etiology of a disease of unknown cause. NEW EDEN is beneficial in pilot studies for inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn’s disease. Both have no known cause, but nutrition is of benefit.  The theory for this cause of IBD is that the DNA in viruses or bacteria is identical to the DNA in human cells. The post-gastroenteritis theory is that human DNA of bowel cells gets altered by the infectious agent that takes over control of cellular activity; examples of gut bacteria influencing brain function and other organ functions have been published to support this viewpoint.  Cells in different human organs communicate and influence each other. Acemannan corrects bad communication.
